I’ve organized my classes under the following categories: Mat, Reformer Mini Workouts, Pre and Postnatal, Bonus Bone Strength and Tips. You will find my Basics, Flow, and FIT classes under these categories. I recommend trying each type of class weekly and doubling up on the more challenging classes as it feels appropriate for optimal growth. You can also pick the classes that fit your mood and your time frame. Classes range from 50 minutes to 5 minutes. New workouts posted regularly
