This is a wonderful workout to begin with once you've been cleared to begin exercising again. You can work up to the single leg work and adjust the arm pressing to make it more comfortable on the wrists. The main goal is to feel how your breath can connect you to your core in a holistic way and to enjoy moving. I recommend doing this workout twice a week until you start to feel stronger then moving onto "Ignite and strengthen your core"
