This mini workout is great on its own but could also be used as a warm-up for a weight lifting workout.
Tip: Remember to adjust the height of your legs in the ending ab work. You want to avoid pushing your abs out as the legs lower. Also play with how the resistance around the feet feels for the back leg lifting. I lighter red or yellow band may be helpful
