This class is all about finding your wide scapula aka Your Eagle Wings. The cue "shoulder back and down" is not always helpful. Play with the width you can create across your shoulders and notice how it can add balance and ease to your movements. You may be a little sore as it's a different way of working and there's a good amount of shoulder stamina involved in many of the exercises
