I recommend trying all of the workouts in this section and visiting the Prerecorded FIT class section as well. I give lots of pregnancy modifications as I did all of Spring/Summer 2021 live classes pregnant. You will also know what you need to adjust as you nurture your mind body relationship.

This 30 min workout is all about activating your lateral chain aka your side body. This class is also wonderful for Prenatal movers and folks with sciatica.

Open, mobilize, strengthen and breath! This class is extra great to do during your 3rd trimester. It's just the right amount of strengthening with a big emphasis on releasing and opening as you get closer to your delivery date.

This 10 min arm focused workout with the band does the trick! Try it on its own or add it to any class for some extra arm work.
