I encourage you to do this workout again and again and add a little more weight as you start to feel stronger. 5 Ibs was perfect for me but you may want to start with 3 Ilbs. You want it to feel challenging yet manageable. I stress how important it is to load up our joints and tissues -It's how we get stronger and avoid injuries.
