These classes are directly from my weekly live zoom class recordings. It will feel like you are there with us. All of the laughs and funny things that come to my mind are included :)
The quality and sound is not top notch but the classes are great and will keep you motivated and moving strong. I hope you enjoy them.

This class begins with some great mobility work that will help you with you range of motion, strength and balance.

This class begins with some supple mobility work for the back and the knees. You will also do a good amount of strengthening work that will injury proof your entire body.

This class is all about the shoulders! I begin with mobility work on the roller and go into a fabulous Rotator Cuff strengthener that can also be viewed solo in my Tips section. The goal is to move into bigger ranges of pain free range of motion. I hope you find this class to be helpful.

Live FIT All About the Breath 7.29.21. ball and bands
This class is all about how your breath can connect you to your core and all your movements in a deeper way. I stress the exhale on the exertion and add the coordination of squeezing the ball. I really loved teaching this class and I hope you love doing it ! This was also my last group zoom class...
