    This class is extra great for nurturing our asymmetries. You will work unilaterally and bilaterally while playing with positioning and potential in this full body reformer workout.

  • Cardio Strength Blast Reformer. Jump Board. Weights. Band. 39 min

    Craving a little extra cardio and some new strengthening variations ? Me too! You can also do this entire workout without Jumping - I go over how to do that.

  • Slow and Steady Strength Reformer. 40 min. long band

    It's time to slow down and build steady strength while flowing through this full body reformer workout.

    This class is a wonderful way to find your best pelvic stability in relationship to the lower back and core function. The beginning is all about feeling where your pelvis is with the feedback of the yoga block. The class then progresses to more challenging exercises with the same concept.

    This class builds on some basic stability exercises with the over ball while challenging your core in different ways on the reformer.

    This workout will take your reformer practice to the next level with added core challenges, choreography and balance work.

  • Long Box Length and Strength Reformer. 35 min

    This class highlights the long box where we will challenging our balance, coordination, core and upper body. It's a full body lengthening strengthening adventure.

    If you are wanting a longer workout add another desired class. You could start with one of the shorter mat classes a warm up :)

  • Full Range Full Body Reformer. 38 min

    This class is all about increasing your range of motion and challenging your entire body. I hope you will continue to play with the foot bar settings and box to challenge yourself and range.

    Grab your jump board ! Not to worry if you don't have one, you can try some of these moves without jumping. You will challenge your endurance while building strength and range of motion. And you can always add this class to another workout if you are craving a longer session.

    This class begins with some awesome mobility exercises and progressively moves into challenging your balance, upper body, core and more.

  • 30 min Reformer Strength. 28 min

    This 30 min reformer strength class packs it all in with some new arm and leg variations. Note: you can use weights instead of the strap during the side lying leg work if needed.
